Please read a few of the testimonials customers have kindly taken the time to write for us to share with potential new dog owners who are thinking about purchasing one of our pups.<\/p>\n

As well as owners in England, we have many who are residents of the Channel Islands as we love to see our pups go over there and take daily walks along the beaches, we also have pups travel all over the world to live their lives in constant sunshine such as Mac the Scottie who lives in Portugal and a much loved Westie who resides in Dubai.<\/p>\n

Bodie – West Highland White Terrier<\/h2>\n

We purchased our first Westie called Jack from Kilconnel Kennels fourteen years ago and he turned out to be a really handsome, healthy dog with no issues whatsoever and a lovely temperament. Sadly he passed away a year ago and we decided to go back to Kilconnel kennels to speak to Lesley about purchasing another of her pups and we now have a beautiful boy named Bodie. We were able to view him with his mum and dad. He is already turning out to be an amazing dog and has already given us lots of fun and laughter with his fiesty attitude.<\/p>\n

I would thoroughly recommend Kilconnel Kennels if you are looking for a westie puppy. Lesley and in particular Evie was brilliant with her advice on feeding, jabs etc. and answering any questions we had when going through the details of his paperwork for registrations.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Bruno – Cavapoo<\/h3>\n

We could not have been happier with Kilconnel Kennels. Evie was fantastic from the first moment we contacted her and was always very willing to share photos and videos of our puppy, Bruno.<\/p>\n

Evie and Shani were thoroughly professional at all times and we were kept informed of his development and also when he would be having his health check and vaccinations. On our first visit, as well as meeting our puppy, we were introduced to both parents which we found very reassuring.<\/p>\n

When it came to picking up Bruno, Evie took the time to go through all of the paperwork in detail to make sure we understood everything and that all of the pertinent information was in the pack they gave us.<\/p>\n

Bruno is an absolute joy and has a great temperament. We put that down to the excellent care he received from Kilconnel Kennels in his formative weeks since he was born. We couldn’t be happier with him and he is such a fantastic character.<\/p>\n

Bertie –\u00a0 West Highland White Terrier<\/p>\n

We purchased our first West Highland Terrier in 2003 from Kilconnel Kennels and were very pleased with the way we were treated. In the following years we had our westie mated twice at the kennels and she had two litters and all knew owners were very impressed with how their puppies were. In the second litter we kept a boy and named him Bozie who lived a wonderful life for 17 years. We approached kilconnel kennels in November and were told they were expecting a litter at the end of the month. We received photos of the litter at the end of November and saw them mid January, and chose a boy named Bertie. We collected him at the end of January and bought him home.<\/p>\n

Kilconnel once again produced a perfect little man who is coming on very well. Once again we have to thank kilconnel for their attitude and kindness shown towards us.<\/p><\/h2><\/div>

\u201cI have had two pups from Kilconnel Kennels, from the beginning I was informed of the price plus the cost of transport so there were no hidden extras.<\/p>\n

Both were escorted and arrived safely; one puppy came by private plane and the other on Condor Ferries.<\/p>\n

Both very healthy with wonderful temperaments, loving, eager to please and absolutely gorgeous in every way.<\/p>\n

But also very feisty, love playing with other dogs, running on the beach, chasing balls, paddling in the sea, rolling in wet seaweed and other muddy things I won\u2019t mention.<\/p>\n

They love everybody and greet all people as friends.<\/p>\n

They are the best of small dogs and wonderful companions, giving me so much pleasure and fun and keeping me fit.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would most certainly recommend Kilconnel Kennels to anyone wishing to buy a puppy. The service was extremely professional but at the same time very personal. Everyone I spoke to at the kennels was friendly and well informed and made the whole experience run extremely smoothly. They were also very accommodating as we had a lot of trouble with bad weather causing travel problems but nothing was too much trouble for the team at the kennels.
\nWhen Alfie arrived he came with supplies of the food he was on and sufficient paperwork with information on how best to care for the new puppy and help him settle in. He also had his full vaccination history, medication he was on at the time and details of future treatments (worming, boosters, etc) that he would need for the first 6 to 12 months. He was also Kennel Club registered which was a nice bonus and we were able to get all his papers etc that we would have needed if we wanted to show him.
\nAlfie is a fantastic little dog, he has a great temperament, he is good with children, fantastic with other dogs and has been a wonderful addition to our family. Even after his arrival we could still contact the kennels for guidance which is great to know they care.
\nI wish we could get another Westie, maybe in the future. There is only one place we would consider going and that is Kilconnel Kennels. You guys do a fantastic job.

Today, 14 October 2023, we collected our new puppy from KILCONNEL KENNELS, Chinnor, for his forever home.
We are going to call him Albie, he is 3\/4 Westie and 1\/4 Bichon Frise, he\u2019s making friends with our Norfolk\/Westie X. He\u2019s a happy spirited little chap and we love him already. He\u2019s a joy, still small, but a bundle of energy and very fast to learn. Can\u2019t imagine life without him now. My vet was very impressed with him, fit healthy and very confident. Lesley and Mary at Kilconnel Kennels were excellent and we can see Albie was well cared for.<\/p>\n<\/div>

We collected Teddy our Malshi from Lesley at Kilconnel on the 1st of April after losing our beloved Malshi Bentley on Christmas day. We chose him online and paid a small deposit.<\/p>\n

Teddy turned our sadness around, so much so that 12 weeks later we contacted Lesley again to ask if she had another Malshi for sale to keep Teddy company, and our older Maltese Terrier Suzie. At the time, she only had one left so we took him home on a trial. We called him Henry, after my dad, and again, he is so adorable and loving, just like Teddy. We couldn’t have wished for two more gorgeous puppies! I now keep in touch with Lesley regularly and send her photos of the boys, as the joy and happiness they have bought back to our lives is priceless, and I have truly found an ever-lasting friend in Lesley!<\/p>\n<\/div>

This gorgeous pair, Monty and Dotty, were placed together after being the last of their respective litters to find their forever home. When their new owners came to see Monty we showed them Dotty as the pair had become very fond of each other. Luckily for them their new owners decided to take them both! Now the pair spend their days cuddling up on the sofa and running around in the garden. They both have beautiful temperaments and are very well loved by their new owners!<\/p>\n

Lin has said she is very happy to have found us, even recommending us to others. They found their experience buying with us to be organised and professional.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Reggie is our second puppy we have purchased from Kilconnel Kennels. Our first Tilly who we purchased over twelve years ago was the most amazing dog we have ever had. Such a loyal kind beautiful girl. She was our best friend. My children adored her. She was a huge part of our family.<\/p>\n

We picked up Reggie in January this year and well it was love at first sight. He\u2019s so loving and the kindest puppy. He\u2019s been so easy to train as just wants to please. He loves cuddles from us all. He\u2019s a bit cheeky and has a great character. He loves walks in the woods and across the fields.<\/p>\n

\nLots of people have asked us if she could be a Corgi Jack Russell cross \u2013 she has a very thick tail, big chest, sticky up ears and likes to sit on the sofa either on her haunches with legs forward or on her back legs in the air which we are told is quite a cojack trait! We don\u2019t mind one bit what type of cross she is, but did just find out that as she is almost 100% white (unusual for cojack apparently) we\u2019re wondering if she could perhaps be a Westie cross? She is now 9 and a half pounds in weight and utterly beautiful.
\nShe has such a completely charming and gentle nature, she is confident, friendly, very cuddly, so funny and a complete joy

\nI had no idea we would adore her so much! Literally everywhere we go , people stop me to comment on how beautiful she is,
\neveryone who meets her falls in love with her.
\nShe is quite the star in our local pet shop, where she has attended puppy play group fpr the last 6 weeks every Saturday

\nall. and gets on very well with all other dogs, even the really big ones!
